The Marina at Factory Bay has slips available for all our Transient guests.
Daily, weekly, and monthly leases are offered.

  • 30A/50A/100A Service
  • Telephone hook-up available thru Sprint
  • Clubhouse with lounge, showers, and laundry
  • Two fuel locations nearby
  • 25% discount for Boat U.S. members and a 10% discount for Marina Life Members on transient daily dockage

Our Transient Rates

  • TRANSIENT DOCKAGE - Daily - 30' minimum
    May thru September - $1.85 per foot      October thru April - $2.25 per foot
